What we collect

When you send an enrollment inquiry we collect the parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, the student's age, the class you are interested in, your preferred start timing, the best time to reach you, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to write in the message field. We do not ask for a student's name, address or any medical detail through this website — that is collected on the registration forms after you have spoken to an admissions director.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry: to contact you about cohort dates, session times, tuition and enrollment, and to keep a record of the families we are speaking to.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing. We do not send unrelated commercial email.

Who can see it

Institute staff involved in admissions, and the service providers that run our systems on our behalf — our website host, our customer relationship system, and Stripe, which processes payments. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Children and teenagers

Our programs serve students aged 13–17, and inquiries are made by a parent or legal guardian. This website is directed to parents and guardians, not to children under 13.

Cookies

This site uses only what is needed to load and display pages, plus Google Fonts for typography. If advertising or analytics tracking is added later, this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
