Real Estate Rookie Bootcamp
How one of the world's greatest wealth-builders actually works.
Inside the course

- Buying vs. renting — and why it's not always obvious
- Mortgages, down payments, and interest in plain English
- Understanding rental income and cash flow basics
- Reading a property listing like an investor, not a tourist
What this course is
Most people don't understand real estate until they're trying to rent their first apartment or buy their first house — and by then, the expensive mistakes are already happening. This course gives teens a head start, demystifying how property, mortgages, and rental income actually work, and how real estate has built generational wealth for over a century.
Weekly 90-minute sessions, case studies, real listing breakdowns.
Why it matters
Real estate is the single largest asset most adults will ever own — and the single largest expense most renters will ever pay. Teens who understand it early make better choices later, and many start investing decades sooner than their peers.
